Tonight we had the Corey and Amy Schmidt over for supper so of course I HAD to make my (famous) cheesesteaks. And of course my cheesesteaks would not be authentic if they weren't grilled. So I braved the sub-zero temperature and grilled up some tasty cheesesteaks (if I say so myself!) Call me crazy but it was worth it!
